You may only leave feedback about another user if you have had a closed auction transaction with that user. In order to leave feedback, you must go to the item page of that closed auction, or go to your control panel/member's area and view your winners/sellers list. From the list, click on the user's name to go to their profile page. On the user's profile page, click on Leave Feedback.
We use a Star rating system to rate users' feedback, with one star being a low rating and a five star being a high rating. You must fill in all form elements to leave feedback. You must choose your star rating, as well as, leave your written comment about the transaction and/or user. |
