Breach If you breach this agreement we may at any time limit your activity, remove your listings, issue warnings and if the situation warrants terminate your membership. Suspension or Termination does not preclude Wholesale On The Net from seeking other remedies should circumstances dictate. Your Conduct. You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation. You must describe your item and the conditions of sale on the listing page of the appropriate category. You may only include text, graphics, pictures, etc. that are relevant to that listing. Once an item receives an acceptable bid (reserve met, exceeds minimum opening) you are then obligated as the seller to complete the transaction with the winning bidder. Bidding/Buying By bidding on an item you are obligated to complete the transaction with the seller if the conditions of the online auction have been satisfied (i.e., Buy it Now or you are the high bidder and any applicable bid/reserve requirements have been met). You agree to be bound by the conditions of the sale included in the description unless those conditions are unlawful or violate this agreement. Once placed, bids are not retractable barring exceptional circumstances. Bid Manipulation You may not as a buyer or seller, manipulate the price of any auction. In addition, you may not interfere with the listings or transactions of any other user. You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation. Membership. Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to register with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately. General Terms. You may not infringe upon any third party's trademark, copyright or patent. You may not include unlawfully threatening or harassing material, obscene or indecent language/material. You may not introduce any computer programming routines that may damage, expose or expropriate any system that may lead to, the loss (partial or total) of our ISP and/or liability for Wholesale On The Net. All correspondence between seller and buyer must take place utilizing our readily available email notifications. 3. Your description may not contain URL’s directing the buyer to another web site. 4.
